The Shared Perspectives Project
We’re seeking funders to help us launch The Shared Perspectives Project, providing organizations with an accessible, sustainable, non-extractive way to bring community voices into program planning, design, evaluation, and decision-making. Community participants are fairly compensated and receive training and resources on energy efficiency, utility programs, and decision-making contexts, enabling informed and actionable input.
Organizations gain ongoing access to authentic, contextualized insights from the people most affected by energy programs. These insights support learning, iteration, and more equitable outcomes across products, services, and strategies. The subscription approach strengthens feedback loops over time and reduces reliance on one-off or extractive engagement practices.
